San Francisco, CA – The San Francisco Giants organization is devastated to announce the tragic loss of legendary pitcher, Gaylord Perry, who passed away in a car accident yesterday evening.
Perry, 84, was a Hall of Fame pitcher who spent 22 seasons in the major leagues, including eight with the Giants. He won 314 games, including the 1978 Cy Young Award.
