Tragic News: New England Patriots Confirm Devastating News After Off-Road Tour Accident, Leaving 3 Players Injured and 1 Team Staff Member Dead
Foxborough, MA – The New England Patriots organization has been left reeling after a devastating off-road tour accident involving several players and team staff members.
The incident occurred yesterday evening, when a guided off-road tour vehicle lost control and rolled over in a remote area of Maine.
“We are shocked and saddened by this tragic event,” said Patriots owner, Robert Kraft. “Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims.”
Three Patriots players were injured in the accident:
– Safety, Kyle Dugger (concussion, broken arm)
– Linebacker, Raekwon McMillan (broken leg, lacerations)
– Wide receiver, DeVante Parker (concussion, bruised ribs)
Tragically, Patriots’ strength and conditioning coach, Moses Cabrera, 42, succumbed to his injuries and passed away.
“Moses was an integral part of our team and a beloved member of our family,” said Patriots Head Coach, Bill Belichick. “His loss will be deeply felt.”
The off-road tour, operated by New England Off-Road Adventures, was a team-building exercise organized by the Patriots.
“We are cooperating fully with the investigation,” said New England Off-Road Adventures owner, Mark Sullivan.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) and Maine State Police are leading the investigation.
“This is a devastating reminder of the risks associated with off-road activities,” said NTSB spokesperson, Eric Weiss.
Patriots players and staff have been offered counseling services to cope with the tragedy.
“The entire Patriots organization is in shock,” said quarterback, Mac Jones. “We’ll come together to support each other during this difficult time.”
